This Privacy Policy describes how Roman Haliulko ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you play the mobile casual game simulation EnigmAura AI (the "Game").

1. Game Simulation Mechanics & Data Minimization

We believe in absolute transparency, respect for human choice, and value your privacy. The Game is built strictly as a casual cosmic simulation to generate fun, inspiring, and motivational esoteric predictions using artificial intelligence:

• Camera & Gallery Access for Gameplay: The Game requires temporary access to your device's camera or photo gallery to perform visual scanning sequences (the "Ritual"). To generate the in-game prediction, the Game captures a temporary camera frame or uses your selected photo, converts it to an encrypted Base64 image string, and securely transmits it to the Alibaba Cloud Qwen AI services. We do not permanently store, share, or capture raw photos/videos on any server.
• AI Core Analysis (In-Transit Data): The captured Base64 image is sent securely to the Alibaba Cloud Qwen AI services via an encrypted HTTPS protocol. The images are processed ephemerally in RAM (volatile memory) and are immediately deleted after generating your in-game result. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• Local Archive & Personal History: The Game includes a local history feature. To provide you with a visual record of your past readings, the captured photo of your face or palm is saved strictly locally on your device's internal memory. We do not upload, sync, or back up this archive or your photos to any external servers. You can clear this archive at any time using the "Clear Archive" button within the Game or by uninstalling the Game.

2. Strict Entertainment & Game Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

• Purely a Casual Game: EnigmAura AI is created solely as a casual novelty game and entertainment simulation. All generated aura descriptions, cosmic ratings, compatibility percentages, and rune meanings are fictional, simulated results produced by artificial intelligence algorithms for gaming, fun, and motivational purposes only.
• No Professional or Medical Advice: The content and results generated by the Game do not constitute, and should never be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Game possesses no scientific, diagnostic, clinical, or real-world predictive capabilities.
• Limitation of Liability: Roman Haliulko bears no liability or responsibility for any actions, lifestyle changes, or decisions made by the user based on the fictional gameplay predictions provided by the Game. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and discretion, fully understanding that the experience is 100% for casual entertainment.

3. User Responsibility and Third-Party Consent

When using the Game to scan other individuals (such as in compatibility or group gameplay modes), the user of the device bears sole responsibility for obtaining prior consent from the person being photographed or scanned. We do not store, track, or compile facial identities. By utilizing the camera scanner, you agree that you are solely responsible for respecting the privacy of others and complying with local privacy regulations.

4. Third-Party Services and Ads

To support the development of this free Game and monitor stability, we integrate the following third-party libraries:

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Provided by Google, these tools compile anonymous usage metadata and crash logs to help us identify bugs and optimize game performance.
• Ad Networks (AdMob / LevelPlay / Unity Ads): These platforms may gather anonymous device advertising identifiers (such as GAID/IDFA) to serve personalized advertisements within the Game for adult users.

5. Children's Privacy (Target Audience 18+)

Our Game is intended for a general adult audience and is strictly positioned for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, track, or store any personally identifiable information (PII), biometric data, or device identifiers from individuals under the age of 13 (or minors in general). If we discover that a minor has utilized the Game, all processed data remains ephemeral in transit and is permanently erased from memory.

6. Data Deletion Policy & User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

We do not create user accounts, nor do we store your personal data, photos, or history on any external servers. All in-game data (such as your reading history) is stored strictly locally on your device.

How to request and execute data deletion:

• Self-Deletion (Recommended): You can instantly and permanently delete all your local game data at any time by tapping the "Clear Archive" button within the Game, clearing the app's cache in your device settings, or simply uninstalling the Game.
• Email Request: Since we do not hold your data on our servers, we have no data to delete remotely. However, if you have questions or wish to submit a formal Data Deletion Request, you may contact the developer at galiulko@gmail.com.

What data is deleted: All local game progress, generated readings, and saved images will be permanently erased.

Data Retention: We retain zero user data on our servers; therefore, there is no retention period.
